I wonder what YouTube's angle is. Were they heavily compensated by Apple? Do they plan on changing the way they run their general website away from Flash? Or are they doing this just to get an "in" to the market?

Good question. Will YouTube on AppleTV have ads, since YT is ad-supported?

Websites with adverts have RSS feeds without them, because it makes being a regular visitor of the site more attractive to some people, so I don't see why YouTube would have to be ad supported - it isn't on the Wii :)
