I'm thinking of getting an External Dispaly for my MacBook.
I've been looking at either a 20" ACD or a 23" Widescren Easel display, from eBay, i've found that they're about the same price.

Is there a difference in quality between the two. I'm not really gunna do any serious film or photo work, just iPhoto & iMovie stuff from time to time, mosty for bigger monitor to watch movies and shows, also play some games like WoW, surf the internet, just thought it'd be nice to have a larger screen to work on.

Is it really worth spending the extra $$$ on the current Cinema Displays?

You'll need an expensive adapter to use the "easel" display - it'll run upwards of $150 US. Go for the aluminum 20".
