Ibook external hard drive holder and parting out questions

Hello all

Coworker of mines girlfriend had a little fit and tossed her ibook across the room. Needless to say it doesn't work. I managed to get the harddrive out, now need an external so I can boot off of it and see if I can salvage anything.

Doing my homework I got that it is a ATA 100 drive.

Anyone have a recommendation for a cheap external to house it in, one that is guaranteed to work?

Also how much do the various internals run for on ebay, ie combo drive, airport card, shell, etc. Better to sell it whole or part it out?
