iPod Can't set poster frame on Ice Age 2

Hi,

Im importing all my DVD's to iTunes, and setting the movie posters as album artwork. I encoded everything using H.246, and all my files are either mp4 or m4v. But with Ice Age II i cant set the poster frame, and cant put the movie poster in, it really annoys me. Is there a app where you can force this on without iTunes?
