Sims Complete Collection -> Macbook?

Hey
I got a White Macbook, 512 RAM, 1,72 GH Intel Core Duo Processor and would like to know if it is possible for me to install the "Sims Complete Collection" cause I've heard that it is not running on the new IntelMacs! Is there any patch available so that I will be able to play the collection on my macbook? I don't want to waste $50 for nothing :(

oh yea: and I forgot to add that I'm not using boot camp or anything because I can't afford a $200 xp home edition :S Is it possible to play the sims (windows version) with crossover?

They need advocates. You can probably get Crossover for free if you advocate for them. Even if it doesn't work for the SIMS, you can still play other games (and have Crossover for free until it does work, and then still have Crossover for free...)

For what it's worth I installed Hot Date, Vacation, superstar and pets without any issues. It seems to be running fine!
