I am currently using on my old G3 a mac keyboard that has a touch pad. I'm not kidding! :D
Are these worth anything? Were they rare/unusual?

Beige G3 with ADB or Smurf Tower with USB?
Do you by any chance have a piece of one of these machines?

Nope. It's a Power Macintosh G3 is that makes any difference.

I mean do you have the keyboard from a 20th Anniversary Mac connected to your PowerMac? (Which might have some value--especially to a TAM owner who broke her keyboard.)
The beige Power Mac G3 had ADB and could do that. (The later blue Power Mac G3 could only with an iMate adapter.)
If it's not a 20th Anniversary Mac keyboard, then I doubt it's made by Apple. I don't think Apple made any other touchpad keyboards.
