$1000 seems like quite a bit too much... for $1,100, you can find a C2D 2.0GHz with 1GB of RAM and a 80GB HDD from Apple brand new.
MAYBE the MSOffice might make it worth it, but only to a few people. To a student it would be probably useless (as we get it free at my University, at least) and in that case the Apple Store price for the lowest Macbook would also be lower.

I think you're better off selling some things seperately here... or as a whole package in a nicely designed auction page on ebay. (those idiots love it!)

Thanks for the feedback - I'm willing to negotiate on parts or all of the available stuff, this was just a starting point. I'm fair and realistic.
