Airport Extreme and Network Firewall issues

I replaced my Netgear wireless router with the Apple Airport Extreme new edition router. Since doing this, I've had the following problem.

I have two desktop PCs plugged directly into the router and my MacBook Pro connects wirelessly.

All 3 computers can use the internet fine, but sharing of network drives is now an issue.

My Mac can see the networked drives and connect, but the two PCs can no longer see the networked drives (can't even remap), it's as though the two desktop PCs (using windows xp) don't realize they are on the same network. I didn't have this problem when I used my Netgear router.

Does anyone have any ideas on correcting this?

Where are the network drives connected? Are they all on the same subnet? :)

Okay, but how are they connected? Are they directly connected to the AirPort?
