I hate piracy, but I dislike these people too. They just push the price up for everyone, except the thieves.

So how is this so different to things like (the apparently rather easily cracked) eSellerate (http://www.esellerate.net/) engine?

It's not as if it's new, as the title of the article suggests. Mac developers have had access to this stuff for a while. It just seems that most don't need to bother because us Mac users buy apps we like :p
