Hi was just wondering if anyone knew of any alternatives to adobe contribute. My mate is wanting an open source alternative to adobe contribute and i thought you guys would be the best to ask!

no my friend is not using anything at the moment. contribute ticks all the boxes apart from the price.students on a budget

A potential alternative is to create a content management system on your hosted site. Several hosting sites allow you to do this. Then anyone with admin rights can log in and make site changes. It would be free but not hassle free.

yeh thats what he is doing at the moment and it is harder than he liked.and contribute would be ideal but he and the guy he is doing the website arent wanting to pay for 2 copies of contribute.
