It takes a few minutes to get the email. I just did it and it works, though! Thanks DivX!

Don't care about youtube, but this stage6 site seems pretty cool (although it skips frames).

Exactly what I thought (and did) :D

Same here. But after checking out this stage6 site which I didn't know, I'm happy I did.

Hmm, the email never came through so I re-registered with a different address and it came through straight away... yay!
The heading should be updated here to show that it's actually DivX Pro 6.7, not 6.6, although it does use the 6.6 codec.

It seems that the problem is that my 1.8GHz Cube is too slow. The CPU is at 100% just playing those Dvix. Bring on the minitower!

I've complained in another thread about some of the issues with DivX, but this is still a very nice gesture on their part! :) Downloaded, installed, and appreciated! :)

DivX 7 at WWDC! You heard it here first! :p
Seriously, thanks to whoever submitted this, free software is always good :)

The price is right!
But the "Download DivX" button did nothing for me but refresh the page (and I do have JS enabled). I had to pull the download location out of the page code and paste it into Safari's Downloads list.

This app does nothing but crash for me.
Tried to register it 3 times, each time it crashed. 4th time successful
Tried to open a divx movie twice, each time it crashed.
Gave up, tried to uninstall it, successful 1st time :)

Interesting. I already had DivX installed so I didn't try downloading it, but the serial number worked straight away.

I hope it's still available by the time I get home... and I guess I hope I remember too.

Do it now. All you need to do is enter your address and they'll send you a code. You can download it later.
