iPod Copying artwork along with songs to another computer?

I just spent a long time organizing music and getting artwork for a bunch of stuff on my Mac Pro. I now need to get the playlist I created and worked on onto my MacBook Pro to take with me to my engagement party tomorrow. I tried just copying the songs, but, They don't have all the new artwork with them.

My MBP has no music on it, except for the 100 or so songs I just copied. How can I get all the artwork and everything I just worked on onto this computer? Thanks!
 
My suggestion would be to downloaded this script here Embed Artwork and then run it on all your music. What this will do is embed the artwork in the song file so it goes wherever the file goes.
