I'll be at work all day tomorrow and may not have access to MR from a computer. What's the best way to get updates on my phone (I have a PocketPC with full internet). I saw the SMS updates option, but don't have a text plan and will get stuck with a decent-sized text bill. Will mobile.macrumors.com be updated throughout WWDC? Or should I just go to macrumors.com and keep an eye on the MacRumorsLive page since it's relatively mobile-friendly?
Thanks

I used my friends normal phone to check an Apple Event here at MR a few years ago....it worked perfect. I was in school, so I'd run to the bathroom, check it, wait a little, come back, ask to get a drink. It was tons of fun!
I think a Pocket PC will work fine

I did somthing similar for MWSF except I just hid an iBook behind the desk.
Go with the pocket PC or if you can wait watch the stream when you get home.

Well, yeah, I plan on checking it from my PPC, but will mobile MR have updates as well?

I believe you can get update SMS messages this time.

I said I don't want SMS updates due to the fact I don't have a text plan and we pay for incoming SMS in the states ;)

Download and install Opera Mini, then go to http://www.macrumorslive.com/ and refresh every few minutes if the auto-refresh doesn't work.
