Go to EchoOne.com and download FileJuicer.

Manually download the template file your link points to. It'll give you a Windows CAB file. Use FileJuicer to open and extract the contents of the CAB file. In the resulting folder you'll find a subfolder called "XLT", and inside of it is the template you're searching for.

Open it with MS Excel for Mac, and you should be good to go.
