I loaded Vista on my new SR MBP last night and I have everything working except on thing. When my computer is plugged into the power cord and i start it up vista doesnt regeister that its running of the power cord and or it wont register that its charging. The only way for me to correct this is and get it to register is to disconnect the power cord and then re connect it. Has anyone found a way to fix this?

help would be appreciated

I'm pretty sure it's a Boot Camp bug. Happens to me, only the other way around. It thinks it's plugged in when it's not.

No Worries

Current bug with drivers -- your battery is charging, it's just that Vista doesn't recognize it as being plugged in when Vista initially starts.

A simple work-around is to unplug your laptop and plug it back in. Vista should then see it as being plugged in.
