do you know of any freeware like this?

I want to upload is to a server so my parents can keep a little web site going.
They don't have iWeb and they travel a lot so it would be good if it was web based

WordPress or Movable Type might be of use.

Edit: Exponent (http://www.exponentcms.org/index.php?section=1) offers inline editing
