"Quick Links" missing in Safari for Windows

Instead of the usual "User CP, FAQ/Rules, Members List, Forum Spy, New Posts, Search, Quick Links, Log Out" link choices, in Safari for Windows my choices are now "User CP, FAQ/Rules (sans down-arrow), Members List, Forum Spy, Search (sans down-arrow), New Posts, Mark Forums Read, Open Buddy List, Log Out". Any idea why?
