A little help

Hey new user, I need to find a free graphic editing system. Gimp won't work for me, I would like a graphic editing system were I can make the background transparent. thanks for helping out

Vector or Bitmap? Bitmap programs you can see if you can get a free copy of
Photoshop Elements, you can fid free versions usually when you buy a digital camera, scanner, or printer. Maybe a friend has a copy he isnt using.

If you want vector based programs I think Adobe Illustrator is the way to go, you wont find a free copy of that. But if your a student you can get a great student discount on it.
