accidently deleted Safari 2

I need some help, to install safari 3 beta i must have safari 2, some how without thinking i accidentally deleted safari 2 off my computer, so i need some suggestions on how to get it back... looked everywhere...

You should be able to get it from your OS X install discs

Oh, I don't know. You didn't specify that you wanted to get it off the internet 😉

im kinda lazy to go upstairs to get the cd, lol

k i tried, nvm, i got it i opened up installer, "explored the disc" and managed to find it thanks!!!


please help

okay, so i ****ed up big time.
i accidentally deleted safari and figured i could reinstall it off the mac os discs or whatever that came with the laptop originally.
only i wound up deleting EVERYTHING and now i have no idea what to do. i guess everything is lost forever?? please say it ain't so... 🙁

Whoa dude, relax! Sorry to hear you lost everything. BUT if you could afford DataRescue for $100.00... there's a great chance you'll recover those lost files! It recovered all my data on my damaged hard drive, and even deleted files from two years ago! It's amazing well worth it. If interested, I'd highly reccommend it. Just a suggestion...

for future reference when u want to reinstall the system check "Archive and install" on the installer
