There is a deal for OCZ DDR2 1GB PC2-5400 SO-DIMM 200-PIN Ram
It is on Frys.com
It is $34.99 ($19.99 after rebate). Free shipping.

Is this RAM any good? Fry's rebates worth it?
 
OCZ is a highly reputable RAM manufacturer, on par with mushkin and Corsair. I don't know about compatibility, though.
