Safari on Windows - Flash Problem

I just installed the Safari Beta on my XP, and it won't play any videos (i.e. Youtube) or any websites with a flash plugin. I downloaded the flash player and installed it and it's still not working...ideas? Thanks

I dont think Youtube is flash, but i did have the same problem with my beta version as well on my mac. It is a beta so there are going to be problems. I reinstalled flash and it worked great after that.
