Whats the best mp3 player that will play skip free music on a 7100/80av? If possible, include a link to the download. I'm using os 7.6.1

You should upgrade to os 9. Then worry about an mp3 player. Get more RAM. Jeez, I don't know what to tell you. Try SoundApp

Or don't upgrade... Try Cabrio (http://www.melonsoft.com/products/cabrio/), its small and lite perfect for older computers and I believe that it still works on 7.6. Its not that bad, has some decent skins and it's easy to make playlist, nothing fancy though.
OS 9 would be too heavy of a load on that old Mac, plus you would have to find an even larger hard drive for not just your MP3s, but to carry OS 9. Remember those old SCSI HDs are not so easy to come by anymore.

You guys are right about os9. I forget that I had a Sonnett G3 card in my 6100/66 when I last used it.
