Check out the menubar in the first screenshot, I'll assume they're re-doing the icons otherwise this HAS to go. :eek:

Preview 3.5 is new in 9A466 (previous builds had Preview 3.1). Curiously, the About box speaks of Map imagery, but a related feature could not be found in Preview.

I can't stand the new folder icons. The one thing I liked about the aqua interface was the folder icons.

if you look closely you can see that the icons and text behind the pane is actually a bit blurred.

I hope they get the iTunes 7-style scrollbars in Leopard before it ships. I love the look, honestly.


As for the UI changes for Leopard, I think I'm starting to get over the initial shock and they might be growing on me. I definitely can't wait to use it!

i'm totally loving the whole new look of leopard. even the folders. hate the stripes on the current ones.

I too hate the new folder icons. What are the odds that we can find some way to keep the old icons? Is there software to install that can do that kind of thing? Cause the new ones are just plain ugly.

We still don't know what the final version of Leopard will look like. Someone I talked to at WWDC said a lot of people were complaining about the UI changes, and Apple seemed to be noticing.

I think we might see some changes before shipping. Remember the centered blue Apple logo in Mac OS X Public Beta?
