One: Is there a way to download HD movies; the only torrents i can seem to find are only about 700MB each? Is there a way to download a better quality?

Two: Is there a way to convert .avi files to .mp4 without losing any quality?

i can only find DVD quality movies...but on anything short of the 30" ACD, it'll appear near HD quality
