VMWare Fusion and keyboard

Is anyone else seeing the same issue with a non-responsive keyboard in the latest version of Fusion? I just installed v4.1 (beta) and again I'm having issues with the MacBook keyboard. I've rebooted a couple of times but still no input. From what I remember this has been issues with all of their Fusion betas.

Any ideas? Thanks, Joe
