I recently sold my MacBook Pro without a box because I couldn't find it. Guess what? I found it!

Anyway, I don't need it. Anyone interested? Shoot me an offer.

Actually, it can increase resale value (on ebay or elsewhere) much more than $5 for someone who wants to sell his, but has lost the box...

I agree.

Another scenario would be for the person who bought his/her MBP on eBay or somewhere where they didn't include the box.

It was just a feeler anyway. I might just list it on eBay to see what it fetches. I guess I could take upper/under odds :)

I'm in need of a box. Actually, had posted looking for on on craigslist.

Anyhow, I'm on the opposite coast... so I'd pay a few bucks plus shipping. I'll trade you something. Interested in... a brand new Gwen Stefani DVD (someone gave it to me)... or... need anything?

People will buy the box if you wait a year or two. I remember my roommate found a powerbook box in the garbage room of our building a few years ago and got $10+ shipping on ebay. Having the box can increase the resale value by more than that.
