I bought an JVC GZ-HD7 camcorder and the OIS dose not seem to work. i get a lot of movement in the footage. it dosent do anything when its turned on should i send it back to JVC to get it fixed?

Why don't you e-mail them? I am sure they would be able to answer your questions much better.
