IM not sure what all the fuss is about with people claiming iphone will be crap and be ridden with problems. I have talked to several area At&T stores in the Fort Worth area. I asked if I could play with the phone prior to buying and each Rep said they will have sales people showing off the phone. Each rep also stated no worries about playing with the phone since there is a 30 day return policy anyway. I asked are you sure that is possible?? Each stated that was the store policy!! They also stated be sure to bring a credit card since if needing to return they dont keep that much cash on hand

What are you talking about?

I don't think ANYONE actually believes this. If you do, you're out of your mind.

cell phones! Even the new ones that have come out in the past...I have bought several new Ipaqs and treos all come with a 30 day return policy. I talked with them about this and they said same is true of the Iphone...There is alot of hype about the phone but store policys will not change in this regard he said

If you go to an Apple store it might be different though..There policy might only be 15 days or none at all....So that is why Im buying at At&T....Its just like buying apple care...You can probably get that at apple store but not at At&T

To say that it's not is pretty ignorant. It's just ignoring reality, but you're entitled to your opinion... occasionally. The frequency with which you permeate this rebel-don't-want-to-roll-with-the-hype nonsense is getting quite annoying.

BTW, whats up with the avatar?

There may be some sort of restocking/return fee though. Shouldn't be too much though but I'm guessing $20-40.

No, I believe it. Its an overpriced, overhyped, underfeatured POS. I've stated my opinion on it before, I'm not doing it again, search if you want to know why I say that

Nah, not really interested. Over-hyped? DEFINITELY agree there. Over priced? No not at all, its a new consumer product, price is totally appropriate for 2007. Look up free market economy. Underfeatured POS? Wow, that makes you look pretty bad... to just about anyone. I mean... bad.

What do you mean?

I mean the giant freakin "W" with the line through it?
