Cleaning MBP

My MBP is very dirty on the top and bottom of the case as well as around the keyboard. What sort of cleaning products can I use on it that wont damage it?

I'm a big fan of iKlear. Works great on everything.

Iklear costs $50 here. Is there anything cheaper..would windex work?

I don't think meth spirits would be a good idea. It could damage the casing of your computer. Not sure about Windex.....

Not sure how dirty is dirty on your MBP but a wet towel dipped in soap and water works for me.

I've always used Windex and been hounded by everyone 'round here 'cause of the harmful chemicals and their effect on the LCD protective coating. I've never had any troubles though. Just make sure to spray the Windex onto a cloth and not directly onto the machine. :)

I would NOT use windex or any other ammonia-based products on the screen.
