Identify this RAM

One of the RAM sticks in my old PC (AMD K6 233MHz) has just died, and I want to replace it. However, I dont know what speed it is. I know that it's 168-pin SO-DIMM SDRAM, but I have no idea what speed. I've looked in the BIOS, Memtest and in DSL (Damn Small Linux) but no luck. I've included a picture, just incase (excuse the low quality, taken on my phone 😛). This stick is 32MB.

How do I check to find out the actual speed? I can't install XP (takes a week to install, then stalls at the login screen).

More likely to be PC-66 for a 233mhz cpu. Should not be hard to find someone giving them away! FWIW pc-100 or pc-133 should work too though it's best not to mix speeds as I recall issues back in the day.

32MB came in PC/66 and PC/100 so its one of those two speeds of 168-pin SDRAM. I think a K6 will handle PC/100 without any issues so just replace it with something like a 32MB or a 64MB if you can find it.
