How to erase and install? (iPhone banter has fried my brain)

Here is what I think, but am not 100% sure about.

When I load the tiger disk into my PB I, I restart and hold down C. Select english. Do I then go to disk utility and select erase or do I just continue on after selecting english? I can't eblieve I am blanking on this. I am looking to do a full resintall, not archive and install. Thanks.
 
Yes but check the options button and select erase and install.(sorry that's unclear just click continue then hit options).
 
haha just to clarify😉 after selecting english, then there will be an options button in the message box or in the menu bar?
