30 or 23?

Hi,

I just can't decide whether it's worth the extra money for the 30, anyone that's ran both or have upgraded to the 30" is it worth it?

1. How's the 30" run on Mac Pro's running the GeForce 7300 GT?
2. How long until we can expect an update to the displays?

I can't compare since I haven't used the 23", but I just bought two 30" ACDs running of an X1900 and they are an amazing display. I will say, though, that those 30" inchers really put out the heat. I'd guess that the 23" runs cooler,

I was tossing this up too, until 5 minutes ago. I just placed an order for a 30" Apple Cinema Display.

good deal the 30" is a beast, i just got mine last week i can stop drooling when i am at it.

Is this thread a joke? 30 FTW. I went from a dell 24 to a 30. There is no room for discussion. Go big or go home. 🙂

Get the biggest monitor you can unless money or space stop you.... or your SO if you have one.
