Yes that is. Fake compassion should do nothing to prevent people from the iPhone. They're supposed to lose 8% of their customers to iPhone. Heck, the only thing I've gotten from AT&T was a propaganda mailer showing features of their new phones..

You should call them tomorrow...

"Hi, I've analyzed your list and come to the realization that I could do many of these things easier and more effectively if I bought an iPhone and switched to AT&T. Thank you for making me see the light." :D

So apparently Spring sells phones now with which you can brush your teeth. Take that, Apple!

Sprint should send me one of these. I'm this close to canceling with them. A rep is supposed to call me today about my service issues so we'll see if they can keep me. ;)

After spending $500 on a Treo 700p and $250 a month for a year, Verzion never sent me a letter thanking me. Oh well, guess that means I should get an iPhone :D

But...that's not a user accessible SIM card slot atop the iPhone...it's a retractable toothbrush. :D :D :D

I talked to one of their reps and ended up with this plan.
- Unlimited EVDO data
- 500 Anytime minutes
- Unlimited nights and weekends (Starting at 7PM)
- Picture mail
- Unlimited texts
- $30 per month, 2 year contract
- $100 for a Moto Q

Good luck to you!

Be happy you didn't get the Valentine that Verizon gave me -- in total violation of the CAN-SPAM act, they told me my only recourse to stem the tide of text message spam being sent to my phone number was to A) cancel my current text/pix/flix messaging plan (500 for $5, which is no longer offered) without asking me, and B) block all text messages sent to or from my phone.

I guess, after more than 6 years as a customer, they don't want my business any more.

That sounds like a plan I will be getting soon... as soon as I get the cash for a Treo and all the fixins.

That does kinda suck... Sprint sent me text messages that I had to pay for then had to text them back saying I didn't want anymore text messages and charged me for that message as well.

Sprint's "we love you as a customer" to me was botching up my contract, after replacing my Treo 650 for the THIRD time, they kept extending the contract date as if it were an upgrade, not a warranty replacement.

Oh, and if I were in any way planning on keeping them, I would have already been on my fourth replacement months ago...

Won't they be terribly surprised on Friday. Cancel without charge, or be served with a small-claims suit at the nearest kiosk in a mall...

Haha... I feel EXACTLY the same way.
