macOS Is it possible to setup Subversion on a web host?

Hello,

Im wondering if there is a specially packaged version of Subversion that will allow me to install it on my web host (GoDaddy) and have a version control system that utilizes MySQL and Apache.

Or can someone recommend a reliable, free Subversion host?
