question about store hours

the apple store ads say that the release will last from 6-midnight. what if the store is inside a mall, like my local store. how will they stay open if the mall closes at like 9 or 10

I'm almost positive the store will still stay open until midnight. In most cases the store just has to pay the mall extra to stay open past closing.
