I have a Tangerine Clamshell iBook in close to perfect condition, this clamshell was treated well with barely any damage, a little scratching on the bottom but besides that it is in Pristine Condition.

Here are the specs:

Tangerine Clamshell
300Mhz G3 Processor
320MB of RAM
6GB HD
5+ Hour Battery (I browsed the web for 2 hours and still had enough time to install Mac OS 9, update to 9.1, then to 9.2.1 then 9.2.2 then install X and still have another hour of software updating)
Mac OS 9.2.2 and Mac OS X 10.3.9 Dual Bootable
Airport card

That's cherry, man. I'm thinking about getting this for my sister as a birthday present, but I'm not sure when I'll have the requisite funds (getting a big check soon).

Anyway: beautiful machine, best of luck.

Looks very nice. This clamshell definitely doesn't look abused.

I have a clamshell also (466 Mhz version) and absolutely love it. It's super durable and great for trips or places where you wouldn't want to take your fancy computer.

How well do these things run regular everyday tasks like web browsing, email, and chat?

very nice condtion indeed, althought the price seems a bit steep for just a base model clamshell

I use a 466Mhz on a normal basis and it does everthing fine, I was web browsing on this clamshell and everything was smooth except for youtube which was a bit choppy, It runs most daily tasks very well, such as office, iPhoto and other things.
