Pointless to have the upgrade right now. They will release it tomorrow, they don't want leaked iPhones to be activated. So, I guess thats why iTunes isn't released yet.

OR -- they're scrambling to fix last minute bugs in the upgrade. Let's hope it's what you're thinking...

I agree with the OP.

We don't all have DSL/Broadband. I am stuck with dialup and I'm gonna be pissed if I can't activate my iPhone until midnight.
