Invalid Export File wtf??

I tried to import a photo to itunes for my Ipod NaNO but i get error mesage Invalid Export File, so do i have to have iphoto or something ifg so plz post download link, btw i am using windows, and also btw my photo was .jpg:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

iPhoto won't work on your PC. Not all JPGs are the same, so try getting a different image uploaded to your iPod. If it works, then we know there's something about your current JPG that needs to change. If other files don't work then you might have a problem somewhere else along the line.
