This Apple iBook will set you apart from the crowd of PC users :D. This machine is in good condition. It has been used, a few scratches on thes shell, nothing on the screen though. Includes the comptuer and wall power adapter. I do not have a box, manual, or CDs for the laptop, but I have the box and papers for the AirPort card.

Machine Specs:
500 MHz G3 processor
256K L2 Cache
Beautiful White Lexan Shell
10 Gig Ultra ATA Hard Drive
12.1 inch (diagonal) TFT XGA active matrix display (no dead pixels)
ATI Mobility Graphics
Built-in 56 K V.92 modem
Built-in 10/100BASE-T Ethernet (cable is included)
retail AirPort card, installed (box included)
Two built-in USB ports.
One built-in 400 Mbp Firewire (IEEE 1394) port.
Component Video+Audio out
VGA-out
Lithium-ion battery (no memory effect) provides up to 5 hours of battery life on a single charge. Still 100%

$700 shipped, insured, and tracked sound reasonable?

I have not posted many messages here, so I am willing to work out payment/shipping options.

$999 gets a 800MHz with faster bus (100 vs 66), 3x more hard drive space, 4x the graphics memory (32 vs 8). Ebay seems to be more the $400-$600 range. $700 is a bit much, especially without the OS discs.

I can load an OS, not a problem really. It also has an airport card.

but, 700$ may be a little much. like I said, I'm willing to work something out for an interested buyer. thanks for the heads up :)

i think 600 would be fair specially with no dead pixels, cd burner, and the airport card.

The trackpad had some problems, I didn't feel right selling it as it. The laptop was parted out.
