Why is this video I am making acting like this?

WAtch it. near the beginning, the video just freezes and my vid has a lot more.
Why is it doing this in imovie and how can I fix this?

Was this footage editable when you first got it or was it like this after encoding for the web?

I encoded it as an mov and an mp4. asnd this was on my computer and after I uploaded it and it didn't do this before

It was like this an dit was on my computer.

I figured it out to fix it. If it doesn't work. The imovie project can be a folder. just get rid of .imovieproject and then it becomes the folder and the data is in it. The movie file is in it and it works fine. there we go. I have the movie.

I have to admit, if you guys do that, the inside of an imovieporject file is very organzied.
