Songs stop playing when surfing the next and on google maps

When listening to music and surfing the net, does your music stop all of the sudden? I've had no problems listening while just walking around, but when i surf, it will stop quite often and i have to go into ipod mode and press play again. it also happened once while trying google maps.
 
I actually have this problem today. Odd thing is that it started to happen after I dropped it (although the iphone was inside a case I bought for it).

I just went and reset the settings (the option without erasing the content) and that appears to fix it. So far. . .
 
Have you update the phone to the new 1.0.1 software? More than a few reported that this has fixed this issue.
