F9 and F10 Options

how do i change my F9 and F10 options to Expose options (expose is APPLE F9 or APPLE F10) instead of it being the setting to dim my keyboard lights... i have a MBP

Well it's not what you want, but you can change the key required in the exposé system preference or you can hold down the fn key.
 
Go to the keyboard options under System Pref and check the box that says to use the Software specific commands for the "F" buttons.
