HELP Please! iPhone Frozen!

Hey Guys!

My wives iPhone has frozen and I'm unable to reset it at all. The buttons are unresponsive. Seems like I will have to go to Apple and get it replaced.

She was using Safari when it happened.

Have you tried holding down the bottom button and the top, right hand corner button for at least 8 seconds? This usually fixes most freezes.

Try it and get back to us 😛

You tried the hard reset (home and sleep button together until you see the Apple logo)?

Yes, i did that many times ... does not respond.

There isn't a hidden reset button is there?

Mine froze this morning. The Sleep and Home button is a reboot saver.

iphone freeze

hi guys,
my iphone is blocked i try reset (home and sleep\wake button) but it did'nt work it is blocked on the aple logo
help pls
