Timecode ruler in PT LE 7.3

Does anyone know how to activate this without having to spend £911 !!!! on the DV Toolkit 2 option. I know you used to be able to open the session in a PT mix or HD system, activate the ruler there and then it would show up when you re-open the session in LE but it doesn't appear to work anymore. Any ideas?
