Trouble Partitioning the disk...

When I ever I try to partition the disk it comes up with this message...

How do I do what it says?

k what u gota do is put the mac os x disk that came wit the comp and reboot and hold down the c key i think. and then when it boots from the cd go up to the top bar and hit utillitys and open disk uttility. Then say repair disk or somthin like that.
