I just plug it in to the computer and iphoto opens up and wants me to dl the pics I took. If not, try to fire up iphoto...I am sure it will want to get them for you.

You can email photos from the iPhone.

If you're using a pc and it's up to date, it should recognize the iPhone and give you the ability to import the pics you took just like any other digital camera out there. You should also see the iPhone in my computer as a storage device as you can manually open the dcim folder for drag and drop capability.

I can confirm that windows xp recognizes the iphone as a camera device.
