I went to Fry's Electronics the other day to try out the iPhone on various portable speaker systems designed for iPods.

I'm looking for a system that has comparable sound quality to the Logitech mm50, but one that has a universal dock so that I may use the universal dock adapters for the iPhone that I got from Apple.

Does anyone have any recommendations? I was about to buy the mm50 until I realized that the iPhone wouldn't fit correctly into the dock without the universal adapter.

Be careful. The iPhone emits wicked interference and with my speaker system that I used for the iPod, I get this intermittent loud buzz and click that lasts a few seconds.
