How to set up new mailboxes/folders?

I wanted to set up some folders for different kinds of emails but i cannot for the life of me figure how to add folders (mailboxes) to the Inbox, Sent, Trash folder that are there.

What am I missing?

this has been asked before, and I've yet to see anyone who knows how to do it...

If you're using dotmac, just log on the dotmac website and create a new folder. It will appear on your iPhone mail client the next time you check for mail.

You can't create subfolders on the iPHONE as of now. I hope they change that feature soon.
