Network locations

I've gone a little slap-happy trying to trouble shoot and set-up my home network and now I have multiple duplicate locations. Is there a way to edit and/or delete locations?
 
From Network Preferences click the Location and then Edit Locations and delete.
 
Some how the network preferences were deleted...I never go into system preferences, but now I have it and changed it. Thanks.
