How to re-record custom greeting?

When I first activated my phone, I quickly recorded a custom greeting and I'd like to record a different one. When I select custom and press record, it doesn't do anything. All I can do from the greeting menu is listen to the first custom message I recorded or select the default greeting.

While I'm on the topic, what is the default greeting?

VVM uses edge, you may have to either have edge active (not be on WiFi). Or edge is down in you area.
